#ProjectBORNO - Back to School Project Phase 1 in partnership with MaYa Foundation. First intervention: Provision of temporal school
Community Contribution School (“CCS” or the “School”) is one of the public schools in Mary-Kuwait community in Maiduguri. CCS is a mixed gender school with over 300 students (80 % orphans) and 8 volunteering teaching staff.
With over 300 students in attendance, there is no space to accommodate all the students in a wooden tent and this makes 90 percent of the students have their lectures under the sun. First intervention is to provide a conducive classroom for the children

Cleanup Initiative - World humanitarian day commemorative
Obalola compound is one of the areas in Oyingbo where refuse taken from other communities are dumped. Living in this compound are 400 children and 300 adults.
Feed for Life and IHS will be giving out mosquito nets, waste bin, food items etc to these families.

Back to School Project
Every child is entitled to inclusive and equitable quality education and supporting them with materials would motivate them to learn. Things are tough generally, but things are tougher for children who want to learn but don’t have materials to learn.
Materials to be given to students include but not limited to: Notebooks, textbooks, school bags, pen, pencil, ruler, water bottle etc.

Feed for Life Empowerment Program
The foundation constantly organize food drives in select areas across Lagos and we plan to feed over 2000 people (children and adults) by God’s special grace in this edition. But this time, beyond giving them food, we plan to get them off the streets by empowering them with skills that can constantly put food on their table.

World Humanitarian Day Commemorative
Oko Baba destitute camp is situated at Ebuttemetta, Lagos. The camp serves as a home to both male and female adults who are leprous, blind, deaf and dumb and their children.
The camp has become a place where people dump their refuse and this has increased the chances of residents contacting the malaria disease.
